Lori Bosses
Since 2002, Lori Bosses, CEO of Out Front, Inc., has worked closely with global Supply Chain Managers of OEMs and EMS providers to understand their needs and solve shortages and surpluses of electronic components. She is known for her determination, collaborative mindset, and hands-on approach to finding solutions. She works diligently to ensure customer satisfaction. Under Lori’s leadership, Out Front has implemented strict counterfeit prevention strategies and established relationships with reputable testing labs around the world to ensure the quality and authenticity of the electronic components that Out Front sells. She oversees the Sales, Purchasing, and Quality teams, training and leading them in evaluating supplier risk and implementing best practices for our Quality Management System. Lori is also responsible for managing strategic customer and supplier relationships. Her dedication to delivering peace-of-mind to her customers by consistently providing high-quality goods has made her a respected figure in the industry. Prior to joining Out Front in 2002, Lori honed her analytical and process improvement skills on Wall Street in trading and then management consulting.
Chuck Perl
Chuck Perl is the Chairman and President and founder of Out Front. With over 50 years of experience in manufacturing and distribution, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the company. Chuck creates programs that help customers sell their excess inventory. He also has expertise in sourcing, developing strategic alliances, and brings fresh and positive perspectives to customers and staff. He oversees the Operations team in the US, and has established strategic sales, purchasing, and engineering partnerships with companies in Europe, Hong Kong, China, and Mexico. Chuck has a rich background in market planning and manufacturing. In the 1960s, he founded a consumer electronics firm that was one of the first to venture into China in 1971, and later founded Out Front Inc. in 1984 to service clients worldwide in the electronic components business. He has a reputation for bringing people and companies together for positive outcomes and continues to service clients in the electronic components industry with a focus on innovative business development and unique partnerships.
